1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

• Contact information — name, email address, and phone number when you book a call or submit an enquiry.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referral source, and device/browser type, collected via Google Analytics (anonymised IP).
• Demo interactions — messages you type into our live demo chatbots. These are processed in real time and not stored after your session ends.
• Booking data — information you provide through our Cal.com scheduling integration.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry or deliver the service you requested.
• To schedule and conduct consultation calls.
• To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
• To send you relevant follow-up information (only with your consent).

4. Lawful basis for processing

We process personal data under the following bases as defined in UK GDPR:

• Consent — when you submit an enquiry form or book a call.
• Legitimate interest — site analytics to improve our service, provided this does not override your rights.
• Contract — to deliver services you have engaged us to provide.

5. Third-party processors

We share data only with processors necessary to deliver our service:

• Google Analytics — anonymised usage data (Google LLC, US, EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Cal.com — booking and scheduling data.
• Railway — hosting provider (Railway Corp, US).
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI model providers for demo features. Prompts are sent in real time and not stored by us after the session.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

6. Data retention

Contact enquiries are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics default settings (14 months). Demo chatbot messages are not stored beyond the browser session.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
